The communal kitchen and bathroom is shared. Linen is always included and your bed will be freshly made upon arrival.

Striking sea-views will stir the soul and while the South West Coast Path offers unrivalled views across this rustic area of Cornwall. This room is tucked away down a few stairs, and features a double bed, plus a double fold out couch, TV, and its own private entrance out the back of the building. Shared toilet and shower facilities are a short walk away.

Looking for a little luxury with panoramic sea views? Our penthouse suite featuring a jacuzzi bath and ensuite is the ultimate seaside escape. This open plan, light-filled, self-catering living space will have you daydreaming during sunrise and sunset with beautiful, uninterrupted sea-views stretching across Newquay town, across the beaches to the distant horizon.
There is a raised double bed with uninterrupted views and a double bed tucked away in a cosy nook. A pullout bed can be arranged, please enquire for details. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, give you the freedom to cook up a feast in the privacy of your own room and why not relax in your sea view jacuzzi bath while you wait for dinner to cook!
